Cancellation Policy
By booking and submitting payment through APS Cleaning Services, you agree that full payment is required at the time of booking and that your appointment is not confirmed until payment and written confirmation are received. You acknowledge that cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows or failure to provide access to the property, will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid. You agree that pricing is based on the information you provide, and APS Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust pricing, add time or staff, or reschedule if the property condition differs from what was disclosed. APS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or inaccessible areas. Any service concerns or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
