Our Story
Hi, I’m Teshay, the founder of APS Cleaning Services. I take full responsibility for every client request and remain actively involved in each service we provide. I am always present to oversee the work completed by our staff, ensuring every job meets our standards and your expectations.
Before any service begins, I personally walk through the space with each client to clearly understand their needs and priorities. This step is essential to eliminate any miscommunication and to ensure the service delivered aligns exactly with what was discussed.
Once the service is completed, I conduct a final walkthrough with the client using a detailed checklist. The service is only considered complete once the client has reviewed the work, confirmed their satisfaction, and signed off. This process allows us to maintain transparency, accountability, and consistently high-quality results.
