ApsCleaning Services – Refund Policy

At ApsCleaning Services, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services that meet or exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, we offer the following refund and resolution policy:

 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no additional charge.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The client reported a service issue within 24 hours.

  • Our team failed to deliver the service as agreed (e.g., incomplete cleaning, missed appointment without notice).

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Services performed more than 24 hours ago without a prior complaint.

  • Areas that were not accessible at the time of cleaning.

  • Situations involving unreasonable expectations or subjective dissatisfaction where services were delivered per the agreed scope of work.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only a portion of the service was deemed unsatisfactory.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund and may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

5. Customized Services and Special Requests

Due to the time, resources, and preparation involved, customized cleaning services and special event cleanings are non-refundable, unless a clear service failure has occurred.
