Terms and Conditions – ApsCleaning Services
Welcome to AllProperty Cleaning Services. By booking and us
ing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
AllProperty Cleaning Services we, agrees to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services to the client as per the details agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may include but are not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and customized packages.
2. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows without notice will be charged the full-service amount.
3. Access to Property
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property during the agreed service time. If access is not available, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of service requested.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept [cash, creditcard, e-transfer, etc.].

Late payments may incur a service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum).
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Refunds are issued only at our discretion.
6. Damage and Liability

Our team exercises the utmost care in handling your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty fixtures or equipment.

Any damages caused directly by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
7. Health and Safety

For the safety of our staff, we do not clean hazardous materials, including but not limited to mold, blood, bodily fluids, or vermin infestations.

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
8. Supplies and Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you prefer us to use your products, we are not liable for any resulting damage.
9. Pets
Please secure pets during the service appointment. We are not responsible for pets that escape or behave unpredictably during cleaning.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected during the booking or service process will be kept confidential and used only for business purposes.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
