Straighten common areas and remove visible debris

Dust and wipe reception desks, lobby furniture, and waiting areas

Clean interior glass and mirrors as needed

Dust vents and accessible surfaces

Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops

Clean and polish faucets, dispensers, and fixtures

Wipe mirrors and spot clean partitions

Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers (client supplied unless otherwise agreed)

Empty garbage and sanitary bins, replace liners

Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant

Spot clean walls, doors, and touchpoints

Sanitize high-touch surfaces including stall locks, flush handles, and door handles

Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and backsplash areas

Wipe exterior of appliances including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee station

Clean tables, chairs, and accessible cabinet fronts

Empty garbage and recycling, replace liners

Spot clean walls and doors

Sweep and mop floors

Wipe and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as appliance handles, light switches, and shared surfaces

Dust and wipe reception desk and counters

Clean chairs, tables, and accessible furniture surfaces

Vacuum rugs/carpets and sweep/mop hard floors

Spot clean glass entry doors and interior glass

Remove fingerprints from high-touch areas

Empty garbage and tidy visible clutter

Ensure entrance area is neat and presentable

Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors

Dust ledges, baseboards, railings, and accessible surfaces

Wipe doors, push plates, and handles

Spot clean walls, glass, and mirrors as needed

Empty garbage receptacles and replace liners

Remove visible debris from corners and entry points

Clean lobby and mailroom surfaces

Vacuum or mop hallways and elevator floors

Wipe elevator buttons, handrails, and interior surfaces

Spot clean glass doors, mirrors, and entry areas

Clean stair railings and accessible stairwell surfaces

Tidy garbage/recycling room exterior surfaces as required

Wipe common area furniture and touchpoints

Dust office workstations, counters, and common surfaces

Clean lunchrooms, washrooms, and locker/change areas as agreed

Sweep and mop office and designated non-production floors

Empty waste bins and remove debris from office/common areas

Sanitize high-touch points in staff areas

Clean interior glass, doors, and accessible surfaces in administrative areas
